What to expect: Seductive Warm Up, Walks Across The Floor, Core Control, Good Posture, Beg For More Floor Work, Freestyling, Captivating Choreography and more.
Class starts exactly at 7pm, so early arrival is suggested for check-in (6:30 pm)

Shoes: Closed toe heels, ankle support. knee pads (recommended).
Clothing: comfortable attire. (No Jeans)
